Shipping

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Custom embroidery and Stitch Bar orders will take additional time depending on the project.

If your order includes both ready-to-ship items and custom work, everything will ship together once completed unless otherwise arranged.

Do you offer local pickup?

Yes — local pickup is available at:

You’ll receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.

Do you ship everywhere?

We currently ship within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is $8 for all orders.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes — tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

My package says delivered, but I can’t find it.

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Lindenhurst General is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If something seems wrong, please reach out and we’ll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on eligible unused items within 14 days of delivery or pickup.

Items must be:

• Unworn
• Unused
• In original condition

What items are final sale?

The following are final sale:

• Custom embroidery or Stitch Bar orders
• Personalized items
• Vintage goods
• Sale items
• Consumable goods (candy, incense, etc.)

Because many items are one-of-one or made to order, some purchases may not be eligible for return.

Do you offer exchanges?

If sizing or fit isn’t right, contact us and we’ll do our best to help with an exchange when inventory allows.

My item arrived damaged.

Please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.

Stitch Bar FAQ

Can I bring my own garment?

Yes — the Stitch Bar is primarily bring-your-own-garment.

We also offer select blank tees, bandanas, and other goods in-store for embroidery.

How much does embroidery cost?

Pricing starts at:

• Names & words: $18+
• Small symbols: $18+
• Patch application: $10+

Final pricing depends on stitch count, placement, garment type, and complexity.

How long do custom orders take?

Some Stitch Bar projects can be completed same day, while larger or more detailed work may require additional turnaround time.

We’ll always discuss timing before beginning your piece.

Can you embroider anything?

Most garments and textiles can be embroidered, but some materials may not be suitable for stitching. We’ll let you know what’s possible before starting.
